• Admission process

Admission for the students is given in the month of April and May according to the rules of the RTE.

• Required documents

Birth certificate and students Aadhar Card

• Scholarship schemes

A scholarship of rupees 6000 is awarded to eligible students of Std. 4th to support their education. (Maharashtra State Scholarship Exam)

Pre-matric Scholarships are also provided by the Maha DBT for eligible students belonging to minority communities and ST to support their education.

On the occasion of National Science Day (28th February), students perform various Science experiments and prepare working models.

• Olympiads

Olympiad exam for English, Maths and Science is conducted in School for students from 2nd to 4th class (Interested students).

• Project-based learning

A project book is maintained by all the students in which they complete projects from time to time as per the requirement of lessons.

• Cultural programs

Every year the school organises an annual gathering to provide a platform for students to showcase their talents through activities like singing, dancing and other performances.

• Sports competitions

Every year the school organises Annual Sports. All the students from classes 1st to 4th participate in various sports events which are conducted on the school playground.

• Art & craft activities

Art & craft activities are conducted regularly according to the time-table.  These activities include Drawing, Music and Other creative work. Every year students get an opportunity to display and showcase their creative art work in the Hoonar Art Festival.

Library:

Each class has its own bundle of library books. The class library includes story books, adventure books, informative books and encyclopaedias.

ICT Lab:

Computer lab is used for practical session. Every month students have twice practical periods. It has got sufficient computers which is operated by every student.

Sports Facilities:

A spacious playground for outdoor games and sports. A few outdoor sports equipment is available for students. There is a sports academy for students to develop their skills in different sports.

Counselling Centre:

The school provides counselling sport to students. A student counsellor is available for guiding students, listening to students’ problems, helping students manage stress, improving their behaviour and confidence and talking with parents and teachers to support the child’s development.  

Women Development Cell:

The Women Development Cell works for the empowerment, safety and overall development of women by creating awareness and organising different programmes.

Medical Advisory:

Our school organises regular medical health check-ups by Health Fiesta for students to monitor their health and ensure their well-being. The MCGM health department team regularly visits the school to conduct medical check-ups.

Green Campus Initiative:

The school carries out eco-friendly activities such as campus tree plantation, waste management and environmental awareness programmes. Eco-club has been formed in the school and the students participate in various environmental activities organised by the State and Central Government.
